What is the Citizen's Council?

The Citizen's Council is a group of patients from various wards in Western State hospital that meet twice a week to discuss issues relating to patients, patient's rights, and to advocate for better treatment. Patients are encouraged to participate as a way to learn how to advocate for themselves as well as with a group.
